This journal was part of the Gut Health program. It was delivered as a free bonus asset for users who purchased the Gut Health program. The goal of creating it was to give the users an easy, print-at-home journal to keep track of their progress, emotions, supplements, movements, meditations, water in-take as well as record any symptoms they felt after each meal. I also wanted to add a section for them to just journal any thoughts they may have. Our demographic is an older woman, experiencing mental health issues, possibly going through major life changes like divorce or death of a spouse. I wanted them to have an outlet that they can record not only physical, tangible things but also where they felt they could express their emotions. I believe that is an important part of the healing process.
